Shipping and Returns

Returns
Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer returns or refunds on digital products. Unused, unopened, and undamaged items can be returned within 30 days from the date your item was received. If it has been more than 30 days since you received your items, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your journal(s) must be unused (not written in whatsoever) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and inform you if the refund has been approved or denied.
Please note that the refund will be denied if the items returned have any damage, the journals have been written in, or the original packaging is not intact.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and refunded automatically to your original method of payment, minus return shipping costs and any discount codes used at the time of purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please note that refunds typically take 5-10 business days, depending on the payment method used. Debit cards typically take 7-10 days, and credit cards 3-5 days on average.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (minor imperfections are a normal part of the manufacturing process and not eligible for an exchange or refund).
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@simplystriving.co with a picture of the defect or damage, and we will determine if it is eligible for a replacement or refund. If eligible, you will receive an email with instructions on where to send your return, as well as the option to pay your own shipping fees or receive a return label.
If you choose to ship it back yourself, you are responsible for your own shipping costs.
If you choose to receive a return label from Simply Striving, $6 will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Once the shipment is with the shipping carrier, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please consider a trackable packaging service if you choose to ship it back yourself. If you ship with Simply Striving, tracking is included.
